Conditions that apply for the drone service:

Weather conditions

• Strong winds: Extreme wind speeds will not allow the drone to fly properly and the flight would have to be rescheduled.
• Rain: Due to the drone not being waterproof it is not possible to fly the drone and the flight would have to be rescheduled.
• Cloudy days: Cloudy days can affect the color, brightness and saturation of the image. If you require your image to be bright and sunny we would have to reschedule the flight.

Subject Accessibility & Locations

• Zones around the airport are restricted to flight due to laws and regulations.
• Certain areas require permission to be requested prior to flying. Please inform us about the location you wish to have photographed/filmed so we can arrange this prior to the planned flight.
• Private properties/areas of which is not owned by the person requesting the drone footage are not allowed to be photographed/filmed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling can be done if the weather does not permit to fly on the planned date or if any inconvenience arises.
• It can also happen that appointments need to be cancelled. Please do inform so if you wish to cancel the appointment. No fees will be charged if cancelled on time. Not showing up to the appointment will be charged with 25% of the price of the selected package.
